Bryan joined Sir Clifford Grant Chambers in August 2022 after practicing for many years as a solicitor specialising in workers’ compensation and employers’ liability.


Bryan is admitted as a Barrister in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.


Bryan commenced practice as a legal practitioner in 2003 and now acts for Plaintiffs and Defendants across a broad range of personal injuries practice areas including public liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, criminal injuries compensation, income protection claims under the Fatal Accident’s Act and TPD claims.

 
Bryan has vast practical experience associated with the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act and extensive experience as an advocate at Workcover and in the District Court. Bryan accepts briefs to represent clients at Conciliation conferences and Arbitrations. Bryan also accepts briefs for appeals from the Arbitration Service to the District Court.


Bryan accepts limited briefs for commercial disputes in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and accepts a limited number of briefs for appeals to the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Federal Court of Australia from the Administrative Review Tribunal.


Bryan also accepts briefs for commercial / debt related disputes in the Magistrates Court and can provide advice and representation for Administration and Guardianship in the State Administrative Tribunal.
